SHIPPING INFORMATION

Hearing Bug is dedicated to filling all orders, with the highest quality products, in a timely fashion. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (weekdays). However, in some instances we may not have sufficient stock on hand to process your order. We therefore ask you to please allow 2-5 business days to process your order for shipping, and then allow for the actual shipping time. Most of our merchandise is shipped using UPS (United Parcel Service), and USPS (United States Postal Service). In some instances if your order consists of multiple items we may ship your order using multiple shipping carriers. Each item in our website is marked with the shipping method that will apply for that item.

We work with several manufacturers and distributors to provide you with useful and quality products. Therefore, our shipping destination varies.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

You can track your order status online by visiting our homepage at HearingBug.com and clicking on the Customer Login link. Enter your username and password to view your order and account information. To check your order now click here

ITEMS ON BACK ORDER

At times some items may be out of stock and will be on back order status. If we can't ship your order in full you will be notified by email informing you of the item on back order and an approximate shipping date. You have the choice to cancel the remaining order or wait for the product to be shipped. If you choose to cancel and payment was made by check or money order we will mail you a refund check. Amounts to be credited will be the sale price, shipping, and any tax that was applied for the item(s) on backorder.

If you decide to wait for the item(s) on backorder we will ship your item(s) as soon as we receive it in stock. Your items(s) will be shipped to your shipping address without any additional shipping charges to you unless a different shipping method is requested.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION OF ORDER

HearingBug will send you a shipping notification by email (If your email was provided during the placement of your order) with the proper tracking number to help you track your order.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS

If an item has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will contact you by email and cancel that item from your order. At times the manufacturer can discontinue an item and have a replacement. If a replacement is available we will contact you by email and give you the option to purchase the replacement item instead. If you choose to cancel and payment was made by check or money order we will mail you a refund check. Amounts to be credited will be the sale price, shipping, and any tax that was applied for the discontinued item(s).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At the present time, HearingBug does not offer shipping rates for international orders online. Payment for orders from outside the United States must be in U.S. funds only and made payable to ELDER eStore. Due to increased security measures and associated costs to ship internationally, we review international orders on a case by case basis. For shipping costs, please contact customer service for a quote.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is important to us. HearingBug offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of order for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty information.

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

Contact HearingBug customer service to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) within 30 days from the order date. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date the RMA is issued. Please provide the following information when requesting a refund or exchange.

1. Your Name as it appears on the order 2. HearingBug order number 3. Product number and description 4. Reason for the return or exchange

After receiving your request for a return or exchange, HearingBug will contact you by email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions and the address where to return the merchandise. "RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER" .

NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN AUTHORIZED DESTINATION PROVIDED BY HearingBug. Any merchandise returned to a location that has not been authorized by HearingBug will result in additional shipping charges to the customer to ship the merchandise to it's original destination. The return location will be specified on your RMA form provided by HearingBug. When shipping your return HearingBug suggests to insure your package in case of damage or loss. HearingBug will not be responsible for lost returned merchandise.

All returned merchandise must be in new and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all the papers including warranties and instructions. Items damaged or showing excessive use are not returnable for a refund. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees for returns.

Please write the RMA# on the outside of the SHIPPING box near your return address. Important: DO NOT write the RMA# on the Merchandise box.

Receiving Your Refund Amount

If your order was placed using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express you will be credited for the product amount. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Please allow one billing month for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If orders were paid by check or money order you will be refunded by check within 4 weeks of receiving your return merchandise.

Receiving Your Exchange

Please allow 10 business days for processing plus shipping time.

SHIPPED DAMAGED ITEMS

1. Keep all packaging materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims cannot be made if packaging material is missing. 2. Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS and Postal Service). 3. Do not ship the package back to HearingBug or any other destination. Wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective in some way, please email customer service for instructions on returning it for replacement.

WARRANTIES

Defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item. Defective items returned after the first 30 days will fall under the manufacturer's warranty policies. All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer's warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fall within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Should you need to verify the manufacturer's address and/or telephone number, please contact customer service.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. Any specials and discounts provided by HearingBug will only be applied to orders within the time period. Any orders placed prior or after the promotion period will not be credited.

PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience we accept several forms of payment. HearingBug accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards.

SALES TAX

A 7% sales tax will be applied on orders only placed by New Jersey residents.
