Ameriphone VCO Phone - Voice Carry Over Telephone
The VCO phone, by Clarity, is designed for deaf and hard of hearing people who wish to use their voice to speak on the phone. It is idea for use in homes and offices.
The VCO allows you to speak into the handset while the
incoming conversations are displayed as text on the screen by using the toll-free relay service or TTY. Just read and talk. It's that simple. The VCO is
desk or wall mountable and is powered by A/C adapter.
Voice Carry Over calls must be placed through Toll-free relay service. Voice
Carry Over (VCO) is a free service from the state. Relay operators can be
reached by dialing 711 from any touch tone phone.
Please note: will not work
with Digital PBX or VOIP
The VCO telephone can also be used as an amplified telephone and has the following
